Standard 30 Day Return Policy

• Defective item upon delivery :

1. Return an item without physically damaged , scratched and missing accessories will be exchanged with same item only, no refund back

or

2. A defective item that is returned with physically damaged , scratched and missing accessories , we will only send it to manufacturer to be repaired and send it back to you once fixed the problem, we cannot guarantee how long these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. (Usually take 3-5 months to be sent back to you)

• Most of our product may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of invoice date .
  
  
• Returns must be received by us within 30 days of invoice date.
  
  
• All returns are subjected to a minimum of 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective on arrival.
  
  
• 25% restocking fee will be charged to returns with incomplete or damaged package and additional fee will be charged for missing accessories.
  
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (Both returning and the shipping fee that we have paid to the carrier)
  
  
• Physically damaged items cannot be returned to Bedox.
  
  
• Return item with phycially damaged , scratched or not in resellable condition , we will deny the RMA and ship the item back to you.
  
  
• We will not accpet any return request if because you don't like the product and there is no issue with the product itself.
  
  
• All of our products are under "replacement only return policy" : Return for replacement within 30 days and non refundable, shipping cost is non refundable
  
  

Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy

• TomTom, Garmin, and Megellen products, please contact the manufacturer directly for support and exchange.

• Software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed.

• Even return within 30 days ,full refunds back will not be applied to drawing tablet,laptop bags and waterproof case for digital camera;only partial reund will be issued which will exclude the shipping cost that we have paid to the carrier. 25% of restocking fee will be charged as well.For returning the item, customer pays shipping sending back to us and we will issue partial refund (exclude shipping cost that we paid to the carrier) back to customer once we receive the item back.
  
  
• Screen Protector, PDA, and bundle packages w/ PDA or software are not eligible for refunds. Exchange for the same item only.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  

All returns for a refund/repair/exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee if without a RMA number.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Bedox Return Policy. Products that are returned to Bedox with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

• Please obtain a RMA number at return@bedoxinc.com before returning any item. While completing the RMA form, please state your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. After we received the completed RMA form,We will email an RMA number along with the completed RMA form to you.
  
  
• Send the product to Bedox, Box up the item you are returning with RMA form with the assigned RMA number and send it to

• Products must be returned to Bedox in original manufacturer's packaging with a qualified external shipping container to eliminate possibility of shipping damage during the return transport.
  
  
• All returned Products must be received within 2 weeks for domestic purchase and 3 weeks for international purchase with trackable method from initial RMA issued date.
  
  
• You will receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
  
  
• If an RMA item is found to be on backorder and we cannot obtain the item, you will be notified by email and offered a similar replacement or a refund. We try to contact every customer in this case to find an agreeable replacement item or refund amount.
  
  
• The overall turnaround time for a return is about 7-14 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 7-9 business days for RMA processing and 3-5 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).
  

• Bedox does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through Bedox are covered by One year Manufacturers' Warranties.
• If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, a warranty card will be contain into the package. For defective item without warranty card, Bedox will provide replacment up to one year from the purchase date.Product warranty will be voided if the return product is physically damaged or has been modified.
  
• Products that state "This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only" must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law.
• Out of warranty service is subject to a minimum 25% service fee.
